A flatsharing in a big house in the center of Brest city

A two minutes walk from the town hall, 300m from the train station, close to the new marina, ty coloc is truly in the hearth of the city !

Each bedroom measures between 15 and 21m2, some of them have sea view and balcony.

Every bedroom is equipped with : a shower, a washbasin, a single or double bed , desk, cabinet.

On the ground floor, you will appreciate the large kitchen fitted with 3 fridges, 6 hotplates and 2 ovens (all the necessary dishes are included) : everything was made for you to share et enjoy community life.

You can either do your homework or simply relax in one of the 2 living rooms.

All necessary dishes are included.

No extra charges, no suscription to anticipate : WIFI, water, electricity and heating are included in your rent !

The universities and hospital are 10 min by walk.

You can also easily walk to the market places and supermarket by feet.

Ty coloc is halfway between rue de Siam's famous old pubs and the trendy bars of the new marina.

ERASMUS students are obviously welcome, we will help you in their official answers if needed.
